FEBS Advanced Lecture on Oncometabolism 18-24th June

febsProfessor Karl Morten University of Oxford will be giving a talk on Monday evening 19th June at 21.00 –  Exploring the impact of glucose concentration on the Warburg effect utilising fluorescence plate reader-based OCR and ECAR assays.  Luxcel Biosciences will showcase our new MitoXpress Fatty Acid Oxidation kit and pH-Xtra Stress Test companion kits to MitoXpress Oxygen Consumption Assay and pH-Xtra Glycolysis Assay respectively.  The course is an ideal forum to present how our cell based assay kits can be utilised in the growing field of cancer metabolism research with our assay kits applicable to key metabolic pathways including determining metabolic phenotype, tumour hypoxia, glycolysis, oxidative phosphorylation and fatty acid oxidation.  Designed to use with standard 96- or 384-well formats on most fluroescence plate readers our kits are simple, flexible and compatible with multiple in vitro models.
